Catherine Pryce, RN, MN discusses the formation of Strategic Clinical Networks (SCN), one of the ways Alberta is proposing to address the challenges of providing access to quality care in a timely fashion. She covers the key functions and deliverables of SCNs, as well as the emerging priorities for the Addiction and Mental Health SCN specifically.
